How do I run a 100-number raffle with Rifapp?
Create the raffle in the app with the prize, the draw date and the ticket price, and Rifapp builds the raffle book from 00 to 99. Share the link and each person reserves their number from their phone.
Do participants need to download the app?
No. They open the link on their phone or computer, see the available numbers and reserve theirs. Only the organizer uses the app.
Can I run the raffle on WhatsApp?
Yes. Share the link in your group or chat, everyone reserves their number, and you see in the app who reserved and who paid. Remind people to pay on WhatsApp with one tap.
How is the winner drawn?
You choose when creating the raffle: using a lottery result, at random in the app among paid tickets or the whole book, or manually. The public link shows the draw method and then the winner.
How much does it cost?
Raffles of up to 100 numbers are free. For more numbers, your own logo or exporting the raffle book, upgrade that raffle to Premium with a one-time payment; you'll see the price in your currency in the app.
Does Rifapp charge or receive the ticket money?
No. You arrange payments directly with your participants (bank transfer, mobile wallet or cash) and mark in the app who has paid.
Is it legal to run a raffle?
It depends on your country. In Colombia, some raffles require authorization from Coljuegos; check the requirements before selling tickets. Rifapp is the tool to organize it; it doesn't run draws.
Rifapp is a record-keeping and organizing tool. Each activity is organized, sponsored and managed by the user. Rifapp does not run giveaways or process payments: payments are arranged directly between the organizer and their participants.
